Our rates are $85 per hour for standard computer work:
  • PC hardware repairs and upgrades
  • Networking - wired or wireless
  • Data recovery and installation of backup solutions
  • Printer repair/maintenance
  • Virus/spyware/Trojan horse removal
Our rates are $150 per hour for server (high end workstations fall under standard computer work) related work in a small-medium size business environment.  There is a substantial difference between the two; if you are unsure, call us and we can determine what sort of equipment you have.  Typical server work includes:
  • New server installation
  • Old server decommission
  • Network integration
  • Installation of shareable applications
  • Data/file transfers
  • Platform migration and application testing
  • Crash recovery
  • Implementation of backup solutions - checking backup schemes
  • Maintaining proper procedures and documentation
  • User account administration
